The Senior Technical Program Manager will drive, audit, monitor & report on Cross Organizations Initiatives. They will provide the technical oversight and stakeholder management across multiple organizations to unblock initiatives and provide visibility to the leadership team

Key job responsibilities

  1. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with multiple key stakeholder teams to identify, scope, and scrutinize each work-stream with cross-organizational dependencies.

  2. Technical Feasibility Assessment: Perform initial technical feasibility assessments, unblock technical designs, with close consultation with internal and external engineering teams. Provide oversight to build scalable designs that serve across consumer and business customer use cases.

  3. Program Coordination: Establish and manage a "sprint of sprints" cadence, aligning timelines and dependencies across all key stakeholders.

  4. Progress Reporting: Provide visibility & reporting to Senior Leadership with status and progress of each cross-organizational work-stream, highlighting mitigation required for potential risks or blockers.

  5. Opportunity Identification: Continuously identify new opportunities for collaboration and synergies across the organization.

  6. Processes/mechanisms adoption and continuous improvement: Ensure our program management, planning, and tracking mechanisms are effectively adopted and focus on continuously improvement to enhance efficiency, increase automation, and reduce team effort.

  7. Proven experience in program management, with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives.

  8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions.

  9. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
