Lead sales order support and issue resolution for sales channels(s).

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Represent sales order operations within a sales channel and oversee operational processes in support of the channel.

• Works with the sales team and various other internal or external suppliers or vendors during the end-to-end process starting with contracting through post sales support in execution.

• Responsibilities include account issue resolution, resolving customer billing, and order and account set-up.

• This position interacts with the AT&T Finance team to assure timely payment of vendors and correct receipt and recognition of customer payments.

• Manages internal processing of payments and receivables through the ARIBA system to assure the correct recognition of AT&T revenues within the proper business unit.

• Oversee sales orders and sales order system to ensure accurate receipt and booking of orders.

• Interacts with sales management staff on issues pertaining to account management and may participant on projects on an as needed basis.

Education:

• Bachelors degree preferred.

Experience:

• Typically 3-5 years of sales support and contract experience.
