Senior Manager, Content Marketing
Location: Southlake, Texas or Richmond, UK
Position Overview:
The Senior Manager, Content Marketing will lead the development and execution of comprehensive messaging and content strategies that effectively position and promote Sabre's technology and services across both digital and offline channels. This leadership role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and a proven track record in content creation, including event presentations, white papers, blogs, videos and eBooks. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful content that aligns with Sabre's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Team leadership: Lead a team of Content Creators responsible for building and executing Content Marketing plans that support Sabre’s strategic priorities.
Content Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Sabre's marketing goals and effectively communicates our value proposition to a global audience.
Content Creation: Deliver high-quality content for various channels, including event presentations, long-form content such as white papers, blogs, and eBooks, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Demand Marketing, and other internal and external stakeholders to develop content that supports go-to-market strategies and enhances customer engagement.
Performance Measurement: Utilize analytics tools to measure the impact of content initiatives on business outcomes and continuously refine strategies based on insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in content development and strategic communications, preferably within the technology sector. Travel technology experience is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in matrixed organizations, preferably in large, multi-national companies with geographically dispersed teams.
Proven experience in driving content strategy across multiple business and/or product lines and creating compelling content across various formats and channels.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Pardot.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
