This role will help to shape Inflight attendance policies and help lead Inflight atendance initiatives across the system.
The role is a part of the Inflight Attendance team within the Inflight group.
What you'll do
As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.
Develop the absenteeism tracking system and perform analysis to identify pattern absenteeism
Complete attendance data analysis and provide recommendations on changes and areas of opportunity
Follow-up as needed with managers on targeted completion of recommended actions
Assist with attendance process automation and improvement
Support Flight Attendant attendance initiatives
Enhance lost time reporting and tracking
Perform ad hoc audits and reporting as needed
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience/training
3+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Prior experience in an Inflight-related or Operations environment
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Experience using innovative thinking ability with high degree of motivation and problem solving skills
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving
Strong analytical background involving data input, manipulation, and presentation
Ability to drive results
Ability to deliver high quality work on time
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels in the organization
