Description

Functional Day to Day: This role is open due to growth, reporting to the Applications Director. This role will require developers to interact with other business units and executives, so communication is the most important quality. This person must be able to get in the weeds technically but at the same time be able to explain solutions at a high level for even the most basic of users to understand. This role will be involved with the public facing website, internal applications, as well as any SaaS or integrations they have with vendors. The ideal candidate will be full stack, but the work is heavier on the backend specifically dealing with very large and complex data sets. Someone does not need to be an expert, but they must be comfortable with operating in large data sets, tuning performance & queries, as well as front end experience with JavaScript and React as a framework.
