Job Description:

The Senior Director of Business Services serves as the key financial officer for all of University Housing at UT Dallas. This position provides leadership and oversight for all budgeting, accounting, financial and managerial reporting, internal auditing, pricing & costing, human resources & payroll, procurement, revenue enhancement and all conference activities within University Housing. The position develops long-range financial planning models in support of departmental master planning and other strategic efforts. This position serves as a member of the senior management team, is a critical resource for departmental strategic planning and the liaison in matters pertaining to business process, finance and conference services revenue.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with ten years of work experience in related field.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Master’s Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, residential or hospitality management, public administration, or a closely related field. At least eight years relevant experience.
