Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Product Manager to join a real estate investment company in Dallas, TX. The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for scheduling and facilitating stakeholder meetings, collaboratively building stakeholder meeting agendas, and capturing and distributing meeting highlights and action items. The Sr. BA will also maintain work products and secure acceptance by the stakeholders, maintain regular status reporting and initiate any needed escalations, ensure project schedules and deadlines are met, and maintain project artifacts, including the overall reports inventory. This individual will work collaboratively across the organization to help develop the roadmap and make recommendations for process improvement and roadmap optimization. The ideal individual will poses project management skills, strong communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally in a complex environment.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a business analyst or junior product manager

• Experience scheduling, facilitating, and documenting stakeholder meetings

• Experience identifying project inefficiencies and providing improvement recommendations

• Ability to maintain regular status reporting, initiate needed escalations, and secure approvals from stakeholders

• Ability to work cross functionally with business and technical teams to ensure project schedules and deadlines are met

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience with Jira and/or Confluence null
