The EDI/B2B Support Analyst is an established performer who works to support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of EDI/B2B solutions to empower our sales teams and drive business growth. This role will collaborate closely IT teams, and external vendors to ensure the successful deployment and utilization of EDI/B2B tools and platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of EDI/B2B solutions, including ERP systems, Integration tools, and sales automation platforms.

  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure the successful deployment and integration of sales technology tools.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform sales strategy and decision-making.

  • Work with IT teams and vendors to optimize the configuration and customization of EDI/B2B solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes through the use of technology.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives.

  • Work on projects and assignments as part EDI/B2B team.

  • Maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and support troubleshooting.

  • Effectively apply functional, process, and procedural or EDI/B2B knowledge to address business challenges.

  • Conduct analysis, integration, and coordination of various elements in assigned areas of supporting supply chain.

  • Perform other duties as needed.

Required Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • 2-4 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Competencies:

  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.

  • Highly analytical.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products.
