Overview

Position Summary: 100% Fully Remote!!

Primarily responsible for completing comprehensive analyses of refund data between database and CSC App platform to identify suspicious orders/trends and to prevent refund abuse.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze data to provide insights and business value

• Review and validate accurate resolution of refund requests in timely fashion and if requests are for correct credit card/account

• Maintain reports of rejected order activity

• Assist in recommendations for automation

• Liaise with Customer Service Team on refund validation and process

• Other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for

Required Education & Experience:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from 2-year college or technical school; or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to read, comprehend and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

• Ability to write correspondence such as individual and small group emails

• Mathematical skills

• Ability to apply understanding to carry out written or oral instructions

• Standard Microsoft Office skills

• Accuracy and attention to detail a must

• AS400 knowledge

Physical Requirements:

• Long periods of sitting

• Telephone and computer work
