Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $53 - $59 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

This role will sit within the Candidate Scrum team under Talent Acquisition and will work on through all phases of the agile product management lifecycle. This individual will be working closely with the Product Owner and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to deliver innovation within the Product area.

The team requires a candidate with a background in product management focused on enhancing both Vendor Management Systems technologies, Contingent Workforce Product support, and Recruiting Technologies. They need candidates that have prior experience working hands on with MSP/Vendor Program Teams. The candidate will also be hands on responsible with Data Integration and API experience.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience configuring and managing HR systems, preferably Workday Recruiting.

  • Experience implementing and supporting other Workday functions including Core HR, Compensation, or Talent Management.

  • Experience with Recruiting, Talent and Performance, or Onboarding configurations.

  • Experience working as part of Agile teams

  • Vendor Management Systems (Beeline, Fieldglass, VNDLY, etc) in a Program/MSP Management role

  • VMS configuration development and implementation experience

  • Data Integration / API experience

  • Workday HCM, Beamery and other Recruiting Technologies

  • Contingent Workforce Product support

  • Agile Methodology including Scrum or Kanban

  • FR Software and System Product Management
