NESCO SERVICE COMPANY QC Data Coordinator in Dallas, Texas

  • POSITION DETAILS: HOURS: 8AM - 4:30PM MON-FRI TYPE: Temp to Hire LOCATION: Garland TX RATE: $21 Per Hr.

    GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Quality Control Data Coordinator maintains data entry across the analytical and microbiological laboratories and works under the general direction of laboratory management.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS: *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. *

  • Data gathering for all analytical and microbiological testing.
  • Specification entry into templates for all analytical and microbiological samples.
  • Data entry for all analytical and microbiological testing in Ensur.
  • Scan and upload raw data as supporting materials in Ensur.
  • Submit testing for review.
  • Maintain and file all supporting materials of analytical and microbiological data.
  • Work with Document Control to submit records at the end of the year.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Ability to read, write and speak in English.
  • Ability to navigate document control software.
  • Ability to follow written directions to perform procedures in QC laboratory.
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Good recording keeping skills.
  • Working knowledge of cGMPs, 21CFR111, 117, 210 and 211, ISO and GLPs.
  • Working knowledge of SOPsAbility to comprehend mathematics.
  • The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Adhere to laboratory safety standards, by adhering to all company safety policies and wearing appropriate and required PPE.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM JOB DUTIES:

  • Manual dexterity skills to use testing equipment and perform tests.
  • Lift up to 20 lbs when needed to put boxes of stability products on the cart.
  • Sit, bend, squat, kneel, turn, twist and stoop.
  • Reach forward and overhead.
  • Good eye/hand coordination.
  • Stand/remain upright up to 4 hours at a time.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous work experience in food, drug, dietary supplements, and/or cosmetic manufacturing preferred.
