Mission Statement 

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Professional Services to join our team. As an IT project delivery manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within our organization. If you have a strong background in IT project management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering quality complex IT projects on time and within budget, we want to hear from you! 

Accountabilities: 

  • Meet KPI targets for revenue unlocked, timely delivery and utilization with CSAT 

  • Ensuring our delivery makes the client’s technical experience better. 

  • Ensuring client satisfaction with project delivery.  

  • Delivering projects on budget and on time.  

  • Drive project delivery efficiency improvement.  

  • Complete scope-of-work (project estimate) responses within agreed time frames. 

  • Hybrid work schedule - Mondays and Fridays are Work From Home days, while Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in -office days. 

This role requires: 

  • Strong proficiency in end-customer communication skills, including organizing and efficiently conducting phone, remote, and in-person meetings; strong listening and clarity skills; strong and clear correspondence style; tracking and clearly reporting progress; raising and addressing issues appropriately.  

  • Ability to hold both the engineers and the clients (where required) accountable to the success of the projects 

  • Aptitude with project management software, tools, and concepts.  

  • Aptitude with desktop communication and videoconferencing tools.  

  • Team-leader approach, enthusiastically accountable and able to help others to be the same and recognize and address deviation from it.  

  • Proficiency in creating and refining written technical process materials, including scopes of work. 

  • Familiarity with the general concepts and challenges of IT implementation.  

  • Ability to recognize presumptions, prerequisites, risks, and blocking issues when they occur in specifications and execution and escalate or mediate them appropriately.
