Description
We are in search of a diligent individual to join our team in Dallas, Texas, as a Paralegal with a focus on Commercial Real Estate. The role involves providing critical support to our legal team, handling complex commercial real estate transactions, and coordinating with title companies. The workplace is situated in a vibrant and dynamic location outside Downtown Dallas.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and manage complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and revise contracts with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Conduct thorough reviews of titles and surveys in real estate dealings.
• Coordinate with title companies in managing and closing real property transactions.
• Participate in due diligence, privilege, and other reviews of client records and files.
• Manage the entire real estate closing process, including the preparation of closing documents and settlement statements.
• Implement and maintain an effective system for calendar management.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and title companies.
• Utilize expertise in Commercial Real Estate Investment to optimize transaction processes.
• Handle claim administration tasks as required, ensuring compliance with corporate real estate regulations.

Requirements
Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (more is even better)
Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
In-depth experience working with a variety of Commercial Real
Estate transactions and documentation
Technical expertise in Microsoft Office
Extraordinary attention to detail; research skills
Should be able to review and prepare corporate, partnership and
LLC resolutions
Preferred that you are able to review and summarize lease agreements and other title documents
Must be a pro with Title/Survey review
Excellent writing/drafting skills
Must be a thinker, proactive, and a team player
Desire to work in a fun and comfortable office!
