Insight Global Network Project Manager in Dallas, Texas

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Network Diversity initiatives, ensuring two circuits are properly diverse from each other

  • Identify and resolve provisioning issues using DART to detect violations

  • Build and rearrange circuits to address diversity violations

  • Manage Circuit Layoff Orders (CLOs) and coordinate with process centers

  • Monitor and report on project progress, focusing on due dates and completion status

  • Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely project execution

  • Utilize Excel and other tools to track and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Investigate and resolve delays in CLO processing

  • Implement and manage TIRKs (Trouble Isolation and Repair Kits) as needed

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in network engineering or telecommunications

  • Strong understanding of network diversity concepts and provisioning processes

  • Proficiency in using Excel

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, including contractors and internal teams -TIRKs experience
