The Boeing Company is looking for a Market Intelligence and Analytics Analyst (Experienced, Senior or Lead) to join our team in Dallas, TX or Seattle, WA.

As a Market Intelligence & Analytics Analyst on sales, marketing, and pricing; you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive business growth and profitability for BGS Commercial Business Units. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and product management, to identify trends, optimize pricing strategies, and develop effective data solutions. Your expertise in data analysis and business intelligence tools will be instrumental in shaping our sales, marketing, pricing and inventory strategies.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales, marketing, and pricing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize pricing strategies, identify pricing gaps, and recommend pricing adjustments

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and potential growth opportunities

  • Work closely with the finance team to develop accurate sales forecasts and revenue projections

  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives

  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and data-driven decision-making to enhance sales and marketing performance

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Experience with Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Finance or similar role, with a focus on sales, marketing, and pricing analytics

  • Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar

  • Experience with SQL

  • Experience communicating and presenting with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Master's degree

  • Experience with SAP Hana

  • Experience with Teradata

  • Experience with Oracle ERP

  • Experience in the aerospace industry

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically

Typical Education & Experience:

Experienced (Level 3)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).

Senior (Level 4)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).

Lead (Level 5)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range Experienced: $94,350 - $127,650

Summary pay range Senior: $118,150 - $159,850

Summary pay range Lead: $150,450 - $203,550
