AT&T Lead L&D Strategist in Dallas, Texas
Job Description:
Overall Purpose:
This role is responsible for managing strategic projects within the Learning and Development organization. The position collaborates with functional teams to develop learning objectives that are aligned with corporate goals.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the liaison between the assigned partner organization, the Learning and Development team, and training vendors.
Develop a strong understanding of the partner’s business goals to identify training solutions that enhance business results.
Identify employee performance improvement opportunities within the partner organization to enable employees to perform their job function to deliver business results.
Lead the learning design strategy and implementation of performance improvement projects and initiatives.
Oversee and manage all training programs for the partner organization.
Provide consultation to client leadership on all aspects of training, including setting priorities and influencing budgets.
Manage content themes across leadership and global content to ensure consistency.
Lead projects for new content development and design.
Assist in making strategic decision for maintaining, editing, and updating the course catalog.
Oversee the design, development, and execution of training programs in one or more of the following areas: leadership development, management development, change management, client satisfaction, interpersonal skills, team development, products and services
Act as the technical liaison between L&D, third parties, and the HR Tech team to support tools used by the L&D organization.
Collaborate with and support Frontline L&D Delivery resources in making strategic decisions.
This role may support key training initiatives for the Mid-Markets and Enterprise organizations.

Education: Typically, Bachelor of Arts degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: Typically, 5 - 7 years of experience in a related field. Supervisory: No.
Our Lead L&D Strategist earns between $94,300 - $141,500 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
