NP&E Consolidations Job Ad – Lead Financial Analyst

Specific job requirements include:

  • Monthly NP&E results consolidation/analytics (Incurred/Segment/Legacy & Strategic), and automation – including linking in PxQ and Cost Initiatives for attribution analyses

  • NP&E Outlook and Plan consolidation

  • Periodic NP&E Budget Loads, Transfers and Restatements

  • Readouts to senior managers on financials produced with key takeaways

  • Pursue opportunities to improve & streamline monthly book close and outlook/plan processes with automation and efficiencies

  • Financial management, analytics, and recommendations to help NP&E achieve or exceed financial commitments

  • Gather, interpret, and evaluate financial information

  • Evaluate financial performance including cost or budget administration

The successful candidate will bring analytical capabilities, innovation, critical thinking, and influence across key focus areas while working with multiple teams and organizations:

  • Leading and consolidating NP&E incurred/segment/legacy-strategic expenses for results, outlooks, and plans

  • Collaboration across multiple organizations (such as finance, operations, long term planning, accounting, etc.) to align assumptions, methods, and procedures

  • Partnering with NP&E CFO teams to maximize efficiencies and streamline inputs for results/outlooks/plans, and provide key takeaways and analytics

  • Coordinating and ensuring alignment across NP&E finance groups on timelines and deliverables around results/outlooks/plans, etc. to deliver timely reporting and analytics

Qualifications :

  • Experience with Consolidation of Results, Outlook, and Plans using advanced Excel methods

  • Knowledge/ability to extract financial data from AT&Ts financial systems (MR2020/FDW), AT&T coding, budget transfers, and restatements

  • Proficiency in data manipulation (Advanced Excel)

  • Previous experience in Automation activities

  • Excellent desktop skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Access)

  • Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and presentation skills

  • Excellent interpersonal communications, project management and leadership skills

Our Lead Financial Analysis, earn between $118,800 - $178,200. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
