AT&T Lead Financial Analysis in Dallas, Texas

Job Description:

This finance opportunity is responsible for supporting Mass Markets’ capital prioritization and BU CFO support with an emphasis on product development, product experience, and operational improvements. As a Lead Financial Analysis, you’ll be responsible for business case development, review, and tracking and driving benefits to the P&L. You will frequently partner with product marketing, operations, and P&L owners to ensure alignment across various stakeholders.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and/or review business case financial models requiring:

  • Ideation and review of business case concepts and their impact on the financials.

  • Deep understanding of business drivers (KPIs) and rates that drive the P&L.

  • PxQ excel modeling.

  • Communication of business case financials and mechanics to various stakeholders in finance, marketing, and operations.

  • Education of financial & business case basics to non-finance partners.

  • Gathers, interprets, and evaluates financial information. Responsible for the analysis and interpretation of financial and other data.

  • Develops recommendations to achieve the organizations financial objectives.

  • Determines financial consequences of alternative methods, plans and strategies.

  • Performs complex data modeling and financial analysis.

Job Contribution:

  • Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in effective ways.

  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in- depth evaluation of variable factors.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or related field

  • Typically requires 5-7 years’ experience.

  • Five or more years’ experience in financial modeling and financial forecasting.

  • Five or more years’ experience in accounting, financial data analysis, or financial reporting preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal communications and project management and leadership skills.

  • Experience with data manipulation (Advanced Excel, SQL etc.).

  • Excellent desktop skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Access).

  • Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and presentation skills

Relocation assistance is not available.

Ready to work 3-5 days in the office per week.

Our Lead Financial Analysis, earn between $118,800 - $178,200. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
