Overall Purpose: Responsible for supporting the design, development or administration of AT&T's Global Equity program. This position may also focus on client consulting, data analysis, process improvement or program design in related areas of compensation or a specific subject matter area (equity, SEC filings, one-time awards, etc.).

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for using fairly advanced to advanced knowledge to support, guide or resolve equity compensation related matters. May be responsible for some or all of the following:

  • Auditing; Supporting the administration of company stock based programs; Collaborating with external vendors to develop, administer, or evaluate programs

  • Participating in and evaluating compensation survey data; Developing PowerPoint presentations and/or communication efforts across the Compensation function

  • Creating, analyzing and presenting data analysis highlighting themes, trends and relevant action plans; Utilizing approaches that are more proactive for analyzing, reviewing and determining best solutions to complex compensation matters

  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives; Influence at the Executive level

  • Provides some training and guidance to less experienced Compensation Professionals.

  • Education: Typically Bachelors of Art or Bachelors of Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: Typically 5-7 years of experience in a related field. Supervisory: No.

Our Lead Executive Compensation Consultant earns between $118,800 - $178,200 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
