Description We are a manufacturing company based in Dallas, Texas, and we are currently looking for an IT SOX Compliance Analyst to join our team. This role involves managing and enhancing our SOX Compliance processes, as well as providing support in auditing and IT controls.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the updating and streamlining of SOPs for SOX Compliance across multiple stakeholders

• Lead in gathering audit evidence with assistance from entry level team members

• Maintain clear and timely communications with auditors from PwC and EY

• Develop and implement a SOP checklist to aid stakeholders in adhering to procedures developed by PwC

• Support the deployment of Oracle and address any legacy audits

• Enhance IT controls and primarily adhere to ITGC this year

• Participate in the review of endpoint protection, covering both IT and physical security

• Work independently and remotely to execute responsibilities effectively Requirements • Proficiency in Audit Program and Audit Engagements is essential.

• Ability to comprehend and interpret Audit Findings accurately.

• Demonstrated expertise in Auditing and creation of Audit Plans.

• Familiarity with SOX - Sarbanes-Oxley is mandatory.

• Experience in collecting and analyzing Audit Evidence.

• Proficiency in Evidence generation and documentation.

• Ability to create and manage Compliance documentation efficiently.
