Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an HR Business Partner in Dallas, Texas. The role primarily revolves around developing and managing knowledge content, collaborating with different teams, and updating HR policies in an educational institution. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. 4-6 months on contract before converting to fulltime employment. 100% ONSITE in downtown Dallas, TX.

HR Business Partner (contract-to-hire):

Responsibilities:

• Develop and populate knowledge articles that address HR-related inquiries such as policies and benefits

• Organize and maintain the knowledge center to provide accurate and accessible information

• Collaborate with different Centers of Excellence to gather and verify information

• Partner with the implementation team to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency

• Establish a schedule/process for regular review and updating of HR policies in sync with academic and open enrollment cycles

• Provide direction and assistance to internal team members to enhance their skills within ServiceNow

• Collaborate with different teams to ensure all content is current and relevant

• Work closely with the implementation team to ensure consistent knowledge transfer

• Establish a schedule for regular review and updating of HR policies

• Provide support to internal team members, helping them enhance their skills within ServiceNow.

  • Strong Experience writing and publishing HR Policies to company

  • Strong leadership & project skills

    Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role

• Proficiency in Core HR functionalities

• Experience with Benefit Functions within a Business Unit

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Knowledgeable in Compliance and Employee Relations

• MUST HAVE Familiarity with ServiceNow Modules and ServiceNow Platform

• Ability to create, edit and strategize content (Content Creation, Content Editing, Content Strategy)

• Understanding of HR Policy and its implementation

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
