Our Health Care Reimbursement Services team provides a comprehensive understanding of cost reporting and effective coordination among personnel, systems, and processes. Our approach considers each client’s unique situation in terms of financial statements, budgeting, business planning, processes, systems and staff. As organizations navigate the dynamic landscape of Medicare and Medicaid, our team of professionals is equipped to provide tailored reimbursement solutions that align with their strategic and operational goals. Our enterprise support includes expertise in areas like; Medicare and Medicaid cost reimbursement, provider-based licensure and certification, medical education programs, Wage index reviews, uncompensated care, Medicare Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH), cost reporting, DSH appeals, and SSI to name a few.
The Health Care Learning Project Manager works closely with clients to assess development needs and
manage content in conjunction with subject matter expert counterparts in the Health Care Consulting teams. The Health Care Learning Project Manager will design and curate learning journeys that are a mix of, but not limited to, classroom training, digital learning, on-the-job coaching, performance support, and mentoring.
The Health Care Learning Project Manager will need to be conversant in measurement methodologies to ensure that all solutions build knowledge and skill that translate to shifts and behaviors that drive key business metrics. Further, the Health Care Learning Project Manager will participate in marketing activities, including conference demonstrations, growth outreach, and will be integral in facilitating additional content based upon market analysis.

Responsibilities:
Engages with key healthcare leaders and stakeholders to assess business challenges and knowledge gaps related to Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) adjustments, S-10 reporting, and Medicare. Based on this analysis, provide strategic recommendations forrelevant and essential learning solutions to effectively address client needs.
Manage the comprehensive development and implementation of blended-learning initiatives tailored to address the evolving needs of clients in response to dynamic changes in the healthcare landscape, including updates to laws and regulations.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of health care learning and development metrics and reporting to provide the client a basis for data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement
Works independently with internal subject matter experts (SMEs), practice leadership, L&D colleagues, and external vendors to design, develop, and deliver solutions (e.g., multi-day in-person events, webinars, online learning, on-the-job experiences) to help professionals build needed capabilities
Serves as the subject matter expert to clients, presenting on the benefits and necessity of the learning capabilities on the in-house learning database/platform.
Leverages technical expertise and professional consulting experience to drive successful project management and facilitate practice development initiatives.
Conducts thorough research and performs data analysis in collaboration with stakeholders to develop insightful presentations that support sales representatives and healthcare clients in identifying optimal strategies for addressing their healthcare learning needs, particularly in relation to cost reimbursement, Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) adjustments, and S-10 reporting.
Develops, coordinates and disseminates medical education resources and materials and may provide education outreach and consultation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum 5 years of related experience
Demonstrated exceptional organizational capabilities while effectively communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and documentation.
Exhibits strong creative thinking and resilience in problem-solving, consistently seeking innovative solutions to challenges.
Experience with complex learning program deployment and delivery in multiple learning modalities
Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of and experience with virtual learning technologies, such as Zoom, WebEx and other platforms
Ability to communicate and consult with multiple levels of the organization
Able to analyze reports, understand problems, think critically, and identify creative data-driven solutions
Ability to travel as needed, approximately up to 30% if required
