Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) Technician (Full Time-Days), GI Lab

We’re looking for qualified Endoscopic Technicians to join our Texas Health family. Is that you?

Work location : Texas Health Dallas 8200 Walnut Hill Dallas, TX

Work hours : Full Time, 40 Hours, 7:00 am- 5:30pm- (Four) 10 hour shifts with on-call responsibilities

What you will need:

· H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required

· 1 Years GI clinical experience Required

· ERCP experience strongly Preferred

· BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent

What you will do:

· Collects patient data, identifies and reports significant findings to nurses.

· Performs technical procedures safely and proficiently.

· Takes action to reduce or eliminate patient risk.

· Documents accurately and appropriately.

· Assists in admission/transfer/discharge.

· In collaboration/consultation with nurse, adapt care to reflect age-specific and developmental considerations.

· In collaboration/consultation with the nurse, incorporates cultural/ religious needs and beliefs into delivery of care

· Supports and meets regulatory requirements.
