Talent Acquisition INTERN :

This position administers talent acquisition, recruiting, and selection activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as statues governing federal and state employment law. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills and will be seen as a SME in the interview, hire selection process to the business, and overall recruiting and hiring efforts. This role requires a strong ability to develop professional relationships and build trust amongst business leaders, hiring managers as well as with internal and external talent.

Equipment Technician INTERN:

This position provides technical assistance to district operations to meet equipment requirements, evaluate internal equipment orders and coordinate deliveries to meet demand. Additionally, this position is responsible for maintaining field inventory levels of distribution transformers at all warehouses in Oncor’s territory and be on a rotating on-call duty to provide technical assistance during lights out emergency along with managing staging sites on and off system.

Distribution Materials Specialist INTERN :

This role ensures which jobs will be kitted or filled internally or externally, has direct interaction with suppliers and vendors to determine needs, and maintains appropriate inventory levels. This role may assign tasks to store keepers who receive, store, count and issue materials, parts, supplies, tools and equipment in a cost-effective manner to meet Company and District Goals. Additional responsibilities are to ensure areas are environmentally compliant along with verifying environmental and governmental records are completed timely and filed according to regulations.

Material Management Analyst INTERN :

This is a key role providing expertise in a broad range of responsibilities in the management of equipment, materials and supplies inventories, issues and receipts. This role is responsible for developing and administering Supply Chain based training curriculum and providing technical support and oversight of T&D Service warehousing locations. This position assures materials management and inventory SOX controls are in place, compliant and followed, including oversight of the Annual Inactive, Excess, and Obsolete program.
