Robert Half is hiring a Marketing Director for one of our clients in the Healthcare space. This position will oversee marketing recruitment strategies and work cross functionally with several teams. This role will manage paid media efforts related to recruiting and getting qualified candidates through the door. This role will develop comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies and identify key channels to effectively reach and engage with target candidates. This role will also lead the social strategy for recruitment marketing on LinkedIn. You’ll work closely with the field marketing teams and Tenet’s internal marketing agency on content needed for successful campaigns. You’ll also provide briefs and creative direction for the internal agency on content needed for various marketing campaigns. This is a hybrid role in North Dallas!

Requirements

You could be a good fit for this role if you meet the following requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in recruitment marketing or running marketing for a recruitment agency.

• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.

• Experiencing with building out successful paid media campaigns.

• Ability to track and report on digital metrics.
