Job Summary: As the Director of Global Strategic Accounts, you will be instrumental in driving aggressive sales growth for the electronic materials business globally, focusing on key strategic customers. Your role involves developing detailed plans to expand existing Global Strategic Accounts and identify new opportunities worldwide. You will coordinate with international markets to maximize strategic opportunities and collaborate with international customers on pricing strategies. As a key member of the Electronics Sales and Business Development Team, you will need to be highly regarded and influential within the organization. Additionally, you will provide direction to the global Lithography Business, sustaining domestic volumes while optimizing pricing across multiple channels. A strong understanding of international logistics challenges and strategies to overcome them is essential. The ideal candidate must be goal-oriented, driven to meet aggressive targets, and willing to travel extensively. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the company’s global strategic account management and driving overall business growth.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies to ensure fulfilment of electronics business annual budget & product sales targets.

  • Participate in development of product offering, target markets and product strategies on a global basis

  • Own and manage the proposal process to include commercial terms and pricing

  • Manage all global strategic account contracts in order to maximize value This includes appropriate escalation, negotiation and resigning.

  • Ability to work within the sales, product management, supply management and operations with particular regard to: accurate order taking, commitment to customer service

  • Work closely with the Operations organization to ensure production capabilities meet the demands of the markets

  • Participate in IC discussions that impact the overall growth of the Global Strategic Accounts

  • Work with the Compliance officer as required to make sure Messer is in compliance for exports

  • Establish with Procurement supply global chains to meet the changing electronic market demands

  • Coordinate and implement stocking locations for Electronic customers on a global basis as required

  • Participate in the yearly development of the Technology Roadmap yearly for the Electronics business unit

    Required Skills:

  • Strong semiconductor business acumen

  • Financial modeling

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering

  • Minimum of 15 years experience in Semiconductor

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Sales and Supply Chain Management
