We are offering a direct hire/permanent employment opportunity for a Department Manager in Dallas, Texas. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of our organization to meet specific goals and objectives. This position is integral to our team, as it involves supervising staff, planning and organizing daily activities related to production and operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure productivity and efficiency

• Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations

• Develop and implement schedules for staff to ensure smooth workflow

• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage the shipping and receiving functions

• Plan delivery routes and ensure timely delivery of products

• Analyze performance data, financial data, and activity reports to measure productivity

• Develop a business plan through analysis of existing accounts, referrals, and research

• Attend trade exhibitions and trade shows to promote the company's services

• Communicate effectively with customers, addressing or returning calls and emails within a specified timeframe

• Foster business growth and customer retention through strategic planning and execution.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Functions and Billing Functions

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications

• Experience in Managerial Oversight and Supervisory Management

• Familiarity with Annual Inventory processes

• Proven expertise in Production Management

• Excellent Communication skills

• Sales experience or ability to drive sales

• Strong Customer Service skills
