We are searching for a Contracts Manager in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be expected to manage business systems, oversee contract amendments, and conduct auditing. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Job Title: Contract Administrator

Job Description:

• Prepares and drafts legal documents and agreements, such as contracts and commercial leases.

• Reads, reviews, verifies, and routes correspondence, reports, and legal documents.

• Negotiates contract terms with internal and external business partners.

• Reviews and edits contracts.

• Analyzes contracts to ensure compliance with company policy, government regulations, and other requirements.

• Maintains an organized system of physical and digital records.

• Creates language standards for existing and new contracts.

• Follows up on contracts and ensures that all parties fulfill their particular obligations.

• Prepares contract termination letters.

• Engages relevant stakeholders in negotiation decisions involving legal or regulatory requirements, contract standards and cost targets.

• Develops and implements procedures for contract management and administration.

• Ensures timely follow-up and review of all contracts.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator.

• Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g. Anti-Corruption, Export Controls)

• Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
