Work Youll Do

Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

Designing and developing data validation processes, performing data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) landscapes;

Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data and process models, utilizing SAP solutions in public cloud platforms including Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), IBM SoftLayer, SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC), and Virtustream;

Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments using SAP Best Practices;

Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using SAP Best Practices;

Driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment, utilizing SAP Activate methodology and SAP Best Practices;

Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions for SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), and Java;

Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing SAP Activate methodology and SAP Best Practices; and

Creating design workshop content, functional specifications, cutover plans and configuration documents, utilizing SAP Activate methodology and SAP Best Practices to communicate project tasks for implementation of SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Fiori, Hybris, and SuccessFactors.
