Job Description:

Role Summary/Purpose:

This role is responsible for designing, implementing and managing highly available and scalable integrations across marketing and various other platforms. Along with design and architecture, the role will be responsible for discovery, exploration and quick learning about SaaS platforms and solutions.

Occasionally you may be required to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as business or team meetings, training and culture events.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Partner with various teams across business and IT to ensure requirements are understood, solutioned within standards and delivered on time.

  • Collaborate across multiple IT teams as required to deliver high-availability and high-performance solutions within the organizational security and standards.

  • Manage the IT build and run activities for Marketing and other applications.

  • Communicate effectively with various leaders across business and technology to share status, dashboards, and review solutions.

  • Oversee and review all design and architecture for assigned marketing solutions.

  • Manage multiple IT technologies and priorities for multiple teams using Agile methodologies.

  • Ensure internal process and documentation standards are maintained when developing and maintaining solutions. This includes design documentation, coding, testing and managing code review process.

  • Create and manage proactive monitoring across all solutions to avoid and/or reduce the adverse impact on any applications.

  • Identify new opportunities to drive system automations, improvements and simplifications for the engineering solutions handled.

  • Perform other duties and /or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of system engineering experience OR in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of skilled system engineering experience

  • Excellent oral/written communication, analytical, problem-solving and collaboration skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in designing scalable applications.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a team.

  • 3+ years' experience working with Marketing solutions with SaaS platforms across MarTech and AdTech is a must.

  • 1+ years' experience working with Digital Asset Management solutions.

  • 1+ years' experience working with Customer data platforms solutions.

  • 4+ years' managing high availability technology solutions across Java and other platforms using monitoring tools and dashboards

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experienced with Java, Oracle, Apache and other application servers, across Linux, Unix and Windows.

  • Strong PC skills, Excel, Access, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint One Note.

  • Experience with documentation and diagramming tools like Word/Visio etc.

  • Solid communication skills, highly motivated and demonstrate high level of initiative.

  • Passion for technology and self-driven.

  • Having experience with DAM, Preference and Consent, CDP, Email and SMS activation platforms is a big plus.

Grade/Level: 10

The salary range for this position is 75,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
