Our client, a growing law firm based in Dallas, TX, is seeking a talented and experienced Family Law Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience practicing family law. This position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative and dynamic environment, handling a diverse caseload of family law matters. Attorneys with 3+ years of Family Law experience are strongly encouraged to apply if they are interested in working in a well-established firm with a strong support staff. Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, adoption, and other related issues.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, and correspondence.

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediation sessions, and other legal proceedings.

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, addressing their concerns and objectives.

• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure effective case management and client service.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the State Bar of Texas and in good standing.

• Strong knowledge of Texas family law statutes, rules, and procedures.

• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.

• Effective communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and client service.
