Key Responsibilities:

• Interfaces with customers and identifies their needs

• Work with various departments from network engineers, support and operations to ensure a plan is in motion to improve the customer's experience.

• Works to balance various aspects of the project, from safety to design.

• Researches advanced technology regarding best practices in the field and seek to find cost-effective solutions.

• Work closely with Information Technology professionals within the company to ensure hardware is available for projects and working properly

• Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved

• Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team.

• Establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments and facilitate their collaboration

• Analyze current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve

• Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates in relation to customer experience

• Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives

• Account for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges

• As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.

• You will be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, and make team decisions.

• Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, as well as provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years with Ansible Software

• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

• DevOps, Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement, and Build Management with Advanced proficiency, along with Terraform with Advanced proficiency

• Professional work experience in analyzing computer hardware and software Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
