Key Responsibilities:
Interfaces with customers and identifies their needs
Work with various departments from network engineers, support and operations to ensure a plan is in motion to improve the customer's experience.
Works to balance various aspects of the project, from safety to design.
Researches advanced technology regarding best practices in the field and seek to find cost-effective solutions.
Work closely with Information Technology professionals within the company to ensure hardware is available for projects and working properly
Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved
Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team.
Establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments and facilitate their collaboration
Analyze current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve
Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates in relation to customer experience
Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives
Account for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
You will be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, and make team decisions.
Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, as well as provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years with Ansible Software
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
DevOps, Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement, and Build Management with Advanced proficiency, along with Terraform with Advanced proficiency
Professional work experience in analyzing computer hardware and software Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
