This job is part of the Loan and Account Servicing Team within the American Airlines Credit Union. Responsible for assisting members and team members with complex title issues This role will support the Titles Servicing Manager and team members by providing a positive member experience with a focus on process efficiencies which reduce the efforts needed for titles processing.

What you'll do

  • Contribute to reports and records on department activities for management

  • Contribute to efficient policies and procedures

  • Work closely with team members to provide effective title solutions

  • Participate in title related projects, leads some projects

  • Monitor several automated title related processes

  • Maintain a working knowledge of regulatory guidelines for handling titles

  • Monitor electronic titling processes

  • Perform testing of core systems for releases and enhancements

  • Assist with elevated member calls

  • Research and resolve complex title issues

  • Perform supervisory duties in the absence of the Title Servicing Manager

  • Research and resolve Title GLs

  • Train and support Title Servicing team members

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related area of study or three years title servicing experience

  • Previous credit union or bank experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent people management and employee engagement skills

  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and effectively implement change when needed

  • Ability to self-motivate with strong organization skills and capacity for attention to detail

  • Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast paced, continually changing environment

  • Ability to work independently or with cross-functional project teams

  • Ability to maintain satisfactory performance and attendance

  • Ability to pass applicable American Airlines pre-hire compliance checks
