Job Description:

The Academic Project Manager will work closely with the Dean of Undergraduate Programs on various academic projects. This position will drive innovation and take a leadership approach in delivering all aspects of undergraduate academic-related projects.

Key responsibilities include: assisting with working with faculty and campus administration on projects pertaining to catalog, data analysis, survey administration, and analysis, assessment, student orientations and registration, curriculum catalog, marketing campaign, and alumni relations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years of relevant experience, including two (2) years working with students in a college or university setting.

  • Experience working in Higher Education.

  • Adaptable and able to quickly and effectively develop and balance multiple relationships, and get results from a variety of people

  • Presentation and facilitation skills

  • Project and time management skills

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral

  • Strong initiative, drive for results, and self-assessment skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Understanding of social media and familiarity with Microsoft Office

  • Comfortable working with youth and adults

  • Ability to create professional flyers for various events

  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer relationship management skills, and flexibility
