Position Title: Team Lead

Department: Operations

Reports To: Operations Manager

Position Overview:

The Team Lead at Caring Transitions plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of client projects, including estate sales, downsizing, relocation, and liquidation services. This position is responsible for managing and leading a team of Transition Specialists to deliver exceptional service to clients. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Transition Specialists, providing clear direction, support, and guidance to ensure efficient and effective project execution.

      

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all client projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and within the agreed-upon timelines.

  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during projects, addressing any concerns, answering questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in estate sales, downsizing, and relocation services.

  • Quality Control: Ensure that all projects meet Caring Transitions’ standards of excellence by conducting regular quality checks and providing feedback to the team.

  • Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve any issues or challenges that arise during a project, using creative problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, team performance, and client feedback, and report these to the Operations Manager regularly.

  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in team leadership, preferably in a service-oriented environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing client needs.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • A passion for helping others and making a difference in clients’ lives.

Working Conditions:

This position may require flexible hours depending on client needs. The role involves physical activity, including lifting and moving items during projects.
