Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a diligent Accounting Clerk in CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio. The role involves maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and providing customer service in the finance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

• Maintain up-to-date and precise customer credit records

• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate resolutions

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Perform account reconciliation tasks to maintain financial accuracy

• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) duties including collections and cash applications

• Execute billing procedures and data entry tasks

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks and record keeping. Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably as an Accounting Clerk

• Demonstrable proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Proven experience and skills in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Practical experience in Billing operations

• Strong data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy and speed

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas and functions
