Our team is committed to providing compassionate and reliable care. We are seeking part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team in Miami-Dade County.

Position Overview: We are looking for experienced and compassionate LPNs to provide essential nursing care to our clients. While infusion therapy is only allowed for LPNs who have undergone formal training, you will otherwise assist clients with comprehensive care under the guidance of an RN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to clients, including wound care, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs.
• Conduct in-home assessments and assist in developing personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Perform infusion therapy (if formally trained), including administering IV medications and fluids.
• Educate clients and families on managing chronic conditions and medications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client care.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in home care or related healthcare field preferred.
• Formal training in infusion therapy (if applicable) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
