Description

You will join a dynamic quality assurance team, responsible for Interoperability and Performance validation through WiFi Certification Programs on iOS, WatchOS & other exciting products. You will be delivering flawless connectivity user experience to our customers. Job responsibilities include crafting of test strategies using various test methodologies, building test setups, automating test framework and executing WFA Certification Program testing to ensure the best quality in WiFi connectivity for exciting product line.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in 802.11/Wi-Fi protocols

  • 3+ years of experience in SQA methodologies and practices

  • Experience in developing test strategies and executing it with automation or manual testing

  • Experience with Wi-Fi Alliance Certification Programs

  • Experience in utilizing tools, including Wireless and Bluetooth packet sniffers and network protocol analyzers, to help resolve, root cause and provide debugging information to engineering teams.

  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and comfortable working with multi-functional teams. Laser-focused on the smallest details that are meaningful to our customers.

  • Proficiency in Python and/or C/C++. Previous automation experience preferred.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
