ManpowerGroup Supply Chain Development Coordinator in Cupertino, California

Our client in the supply chain industry is seeking a Supply Planner IV to join their team. As a Supply Planner IV, you will be part of the supply chain department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a keen eye for detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supply Planner IV

Location: Hybrid Working Location: 5300 Stevens Creek Blvd. San Jose, California, 95129

Pay Range: Competitive

What's the Job?

  • Develop and manage supply plans to meet customer demand and inventory targets

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products

  • Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements

  • Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans as needed to minimize shortages and excess inventory

  • Communicate supply chain updates and issues to stakeholders

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning or related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and supply chain planning software
