Our World Wide Sales Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group focuses on implementing strategies, programs, tools, and processes that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, and innovate the way we lead and support one of the largest channel operations in the world. These solutions are typically new technical capabilities and/or the transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes-to-market, and growing complexity of sales plays. As a WW Salesforce Business Analyst & Admin, you will deliver key initiatives that support a broad, cohesive sales solution strategy.

Description

In this role, you will: Understand the strategy and the changing needs of the business via workshop facilitation and roadmap development for future state. This will involve working with global management teams and colleagues across geographies. Be the inspiring leader in recommending & developing solutions. It is important that you can think strategically, connecting the dots in the bigger picture, as well as being comfortable in the details of the deliverables. Propose solutions beyond what has been requested by our business partners. You will work on opportunities to build for scale by designing holistically, with a focus on flexibility and maintainability. Partner with leadership teams to craft business cases and budget for changes/projects. Set up success criteria for your initiatives that are clearly measurable and achievable through the scope of deliverables, then ongoing tracking against these success criteria. Adopt a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects including mobilization to prioritization, requirements, use case documentation, design, business readiness, testing and implementation. Support key business processes promoting application, data integrity, governance, and compliance. Manage the Salesforce application and be the expert to define, design and configure enhancements to Salesforce platform that provide significant return on investment by bridging the gap between out-of-the-box Salesforce functionalities and business processes. Design and implement reports, dashboards, and alerts that support the business processes and deliver business insight. Manage User Acceptance Testing with end users, including writing scripts and securing user acceptance sign offs. Prepare the business for the change and adoption: Actively participate in ongoing discussions and engagements with Salesforce regarding Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Platform functionality and standard methodologies, including the ability to determine configuration, customization, and/or integrations with external systems

  • Experience in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping / timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, user acceptance testing, change management, etc.

  • Experience working on multi-release projects following the Agile methodology

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

  • One of the following certifications is required: Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator

Preferred Qualifications

  • One or more of the following certifications is a plus: Certified Salesforce Application Architect, Certified System Architect, Certified Data Architect, or Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect

  • Solid understanding of Enterprise Channel and End Customer sales is highly preferred

  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners

  • Experience collaborating on global projects with a geographically dispersed team

  • Excellent organization skills, with a natural inclination for both strategic and tactical planning, and the ability to turn strategy into tangible results

  • Passion for problem solving and overcoming business challenges in partnership with others

  • Master's Degree is a plus

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,500 and $205,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
