The Retail Technology Product Team is looking for an experienced Product Manager to define and implement affordability experiences in our Stores. You will be a part of a team that ensures our technology fulfills Apple’s vision of enabling employees to deliver the best Retail experience in the world. You will partner with Engineering, Merchandising, Operations, Online, and Marketing teams to deliver technology solutions that enhance the customer experience and optimize business in our stores.

Description

This role will lead technology and experience development for Affordability programs (e.g., Financing, Trade-in, or AppleCare) in global markets as it relates to Appleʼs customer demographics, locally relevant payment providers, and market-specific needs. - Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to identify and drive end to end program experiences and capabilities - Consistently lead through a customer experience lens toward decision making - Define and track progress toward key performance indicators and broader retail strategies - Represent interests of business and technology through the design, development, and deployment of new technology and systems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience within leading consumer products and / or retail organizations

  • 2+ years of experience working with payment providers or third-party shopping platforms

  • Ability to travel up to 15%

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Foundational understanding of third-party payment and affordability solutions (including loan products, payment types, and and/or trade-in).

  • Experience designing solutions supporting large cross-functional business initiatives that impact many systems, including partner platforms.

  • Ability to coordinate funding, release schedules, communicate status, issue resolution, resource alignment, and quality standards are met.

  • Strong collaboration skills with business partners and engineering teams to identify, mobilize, and execute solutions leading design reviews, feature prioritization, and negotiating features to meet release schedules.

  • Experience detailing requirements that are intended for engineering and UI design teams to build new software.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
