Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for a Manager to help us do extraordinary things. As the Manager of Products and Programs, you will lead the team that drives the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives at Apple Retail - across apple.com, the Apple Store online, in the Apple Store app, and in over 500 stores globally. We are the marketing team that leads new product launches, product momentum, and affordability programs including Apple Trade In and financing.
Description
- Develop and manage strategic marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement and conversion at Apple Retail - in stores, online, and in the Apple Store app. - Lead a team of Marketing Managers specializing in product launches, product momentum and affordability programs. - Oversee budget management and the annual fiscal planning process - Write and deliver the marketing strategy for key product moments at Retail; drive the process to keep teams connected and work progressing to key deadlines; ensure seamless execution at launch - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Marcom, Digital Merchandising, Store Operations and Finance, to ensure ongoing alignment of strategies and messaging that meet business objectives - Partner across the organization to develop innovative ways to drive traffic and reach for maximum marketing impact, using paid, owned and earned media channels - Track and report on key campaign metrics, identify trends to understand what’s driving performance, spotlight opportunities and recommendations for improvement - Contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each others' differences and having the curiosity to learn - Demonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities - Role model inclusive leadership behaviors and builds, develops and retains diverse teams - Take action to ensure a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all team members
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of omni-channel marketing experience in a global capacity
5+ years of people management, including building and developing teams
Expertise in online and outbound marketing channels, in-store physical and digital marketing touchpoints
Extraordinary storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent at building and delivering compelling presentations to partners and leaders of all levels
Strong program and project management skills, able to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver work on aggressive timelines

10+ years of omni-channel marketing experience in a global capacity
Previous experience managing new product launches on a global scale
Able to home in on business challenges through analysis and performance insights, discuss and debate ideas, and develop an informed point of view
Expertise in solving problems and delivering results through negotiation, tact and diplomacy
Proven experience leading, managing and measuring large-scale marketing initiatives
Experienced in developing clear, concise marketing and creative briefs
Able to connect dots between information, different work streams, and key partners to inform the work
BA/BS or equivalent experience, MBA a plus

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $185,800 and $279,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
