Description

We are looking for an Engineering Program Manager who will partner with our Stakeholders and Engineering teams to ship new features for Fitness+. In this role you will: - Drive & oversee all aspects of multiple concurrent projects & features, including scope, requirements, timelines, resource allocation & reporting. - Define business, functional & operational requirements for features you are driving (often writing them yourself). - Own overall cross-functional schedules, which may impact multiple engineering teams, including client, server, tools, analytics and others. - Drive yearly, quarterly and other strategic roadmap planning, discussions and communication

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical program/project management experience in software development.

  • Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks in a constantly evolving environment.

  • Strong understanding of and experience in managing complex, multi-functional software projects

  • Excellent spoken and written communication with the ability to tailor communication style to multiple audiences

  • Strong facilitation skills (requirements gathering, design reviews, cross-functional stakeholder meetings, reporting status and schedules)

  • Strong technical proficiency. Bonus points for past programming experience.

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s in an Engineering field such as Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related experience.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
