Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Digital Experience and Merchandising team supporting the Client Store Online. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid: T-Th onsite, Monday and Friday remote)
What's the Job?
Manage assigned leader’s complex calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and rescheduling.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including visa requirements and expense reporting with precision.
Oversee and coordinate managed meeting rooms to optimize team efficiency.
Assist with logistics for offsite meetings and key events, tracking important dates and aligning resources.
What's Needed?
Strong written and verbal communication skills with extraordinary attention to detail.
5+ years of experience supporting high-level executives with administrative tasks.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and build strong cross-functional relationships.
