Adecco US, Inc. Administrative Assistant III in Cupertino, California

Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill an Administrative Assistant in Cupertino, CA:

  • $34.61 p/ hour.

  • Hybrid: M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm (Tues - Thurs onsite)

  • Temp to hire

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or GED

  • 5+ years experience supporting high-level executives with administrative support including strategic calendar prioritization, event planning, travel logistics, expense reporting and project management

  • Proficiency with tools like Apple Calendar , Apple Mail , etc.

  • Administrative Support experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in managing complex Calendar Management

  • Expertise in coordinating Travel Logistics

  • Skilled in handling Expense Reporting

  • Strong background in Project Management Responsibilities: • Manage assigned leader’s management systems, consisting of highly complex calendars that often require frequent rescheduling• Coordinate travel arrangements, visa requirements and expense reporting with precision• Oversee and coordinate managed meeting rooms• Support employee engagement initiatives.• Support Senior Director’s additional administrative tasks as needed• Manage offsite and meeting logistics to optimize team efficiency• Track offsite and key meeting dates• Experience providing high-level administrative support to executives

Pay Details: $34.61 per week
