We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's team! As part of a dynamic finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and post accounts receivable transactions.

• Generate and send out invoices to clients promptly.

• Reconcile client accounts and handle inquiries on payments and discrepancies.

• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.

• Coordinate with clients and sales teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.

• Prepare reports on account status and receivable forecasts for management review.

• Assist in month-end closing processes and support the finance team as needed.
