::: {field="description"} UPMC Western Maryland has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Professional Staff Nurse in our Labor and Delivery Department! All levels of experience are welcome to apply, but experienced RNs may qualify for a generous sign on bonus of $15,000 with a two-year commitment!

This position will work 36 hours per week including rotating holiday and weekend shifts. Candidates will be placed into the appropriate title during the hiring process.

Qualifications:

::: {field="qualifications"} - Experience:0-2 years (BSN preferred). - Skills:Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Relationships:Ability to maintain positive interactions with a diverse team and patients/families. - Physical Requirements:Mobility, manual dexterity, and physical stamina for frequent walking, standing, lifting, and positioning of patients.
