Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for merchandising our inventory online and on the lot, and assisting with promoting new inventory online
• This includes photographing new arrivals, uploading inventory to our website, printing and installing window stickers, promoting new arrivals on social media with photos and video, and updating vehicle descriptions on the website
• In addition, this position will ensure that listed inventory is up-to-date if changes are made to a vehicle's appearance or price, that window stickers are properly installed in all vehicles, collecting and in-putting data on details of a vehicle including weight and options, and exporting inventory to the website to ensure accurate inventory
• Other duties related to merchandising and promotion may be assigned
• 20% Promotion: Uploading Images and Videos to social platforms, typing captions for posts
• 10% Other General Tasks: assisting with occasional duties assigned by the Marketing Manager or General Manager, moving vehicles, inventory/website/option/sticker audits, etc.

Duties

70% Merchandising: inventory photos, walk-around videos, vehicle descriptions, data entry, window stickers

20% Promotion: Uploading Images and Videos to social platforms, typing captions for posts

10% Other General Tasks: assisting with occasional duties assigned by the Marketing Manager or General Manager, moving vehicles, inventory/website/option/sticker audits, ect.
