Trigo Global Quality Solutions Regional Sales Manager in Cullman, Alabama

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager. This position will support growth in the Northern, MS, Northern, AL and Middle and South, TN areas.

Overall Purpose

Identification, research, development, and management of key long term relationships with potential clients/prospects to facilitate repeat business, internally and externally at the plant level and customer locations

Prospecting/identifying (Hunting) for new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals and various other techniques adding new business opportunities and relationships

Growing account base and territory sales volume while recommending proactive measures to ensure quality solutions cross functionality through all levels of clients operation

Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies and QMS

Reports to

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Responsibilities

Client relationship and Business development

  • Establish stable and long term relationships built on trust, customer service, and dependability
  • Identify key target accounts within a pre-determined geographic area
  • Communicate with key decision makers regarding quality services
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently
  • Develop new opportunities
  • Negotiate standard and creative pricing plans and programs
  • Monitor and track competition activities and presence in geographic area

Operations

  • Assisting operations with all details required for mission
  • Mentoring and assisting with sales tactics, strategy, and tools
  • Assisting operations with ensuring compliance with established KPI
  • Assisting operations with ensuring continuous improvement to optimize services provided and site efficiency
  • Assist in building relationships between customer and operations team
  • Demonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents
  • Must comply with local and company Health and Safety legislation, laws, and policies

Organization and management

  • Identify regional account needs and major trends
  • Maintain market and competition awareness
  • Meet and/or exceed new business quota/budget quarterly/annually
  • Handling inquiries related to seminars, workshops, inspection, engineering, and supplier development programs

Technical

  • Analyzing technical requirements for customers jobs/missions (existing or upcoming)
  • Pulling technical resources when needed to anticipate and fully address client needs
  • Analyzing, prospecting, qualifying and recommending quality solutions
  • Entering all customer interaction into data base
