The main function of the Research Assistant is to support our Fortune 500 client's Data and Transparency Partnerships team in its go-to-market efforts, as well as support the team’s partner outreach strategy for users of the company's research tools.

Job Title: Research Assistant 5

Location: Remote-must work EST

Pay Range: $40.00-45.00/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Develop external marketing materials of our research tools to inform users of evolving product features and updated onboarding processes

  • Support internal partner operations to increase efficiency of partner outreach

  • Operational support for conferences, workshops, webinars, and other external engagements

  • Track and maintain partner touchpoint documentation

  • Support partner questions and escalations.

What’s Needed?

  • Research experience or education, excellent operational skills. Academic Background in Research

  • Risk assessment and response, familiarity with what is low a need versus what needs to be escalated

  • Data Analysis Skills: SQL, etc.

  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and to interpret and communicate research findings and insights

  • Master's Degree or higher. required.
